64 year old female had a breast augmentation over 30 years ago. Patient presented to office with concern of high rising implant on right side and sagging breasts. Patient wanted to have smaller breasts and have breasts be symmetrical. Patient had a right breast capsular contracture with implant rupautre. Dr Samir Shah performed a removal of implants, total capsulectomy with breast lift and fat grafting to breasts. This provided patient with symmetrical, youthful, and lifted breasts.
