The patient was a 37 year-old female who previously had saline breast implant surgery. She noticed a deflation of her left saline breast implant and ptosis of both breasts. The patient desired removal of both saline implants and replacement with silicone implants along with a bilateral mastopexy. Surgery was performed with 440cc Mentor Memory Gel Xtra Breast Implant Smooth Moderate Plus and a bilateral anchor mastopexy giving her the new look she desired.
