There’s also the possibility of blood clots, especially if you’re inactive for too long during recovery.

Because mommy makeovers often involve breast surgery and abdominal procedures, there can be procedure-specific risks, too. These might include changes in nipple or breast sensation, scarring, or asymmetry. In abdominal surgeries, there’s also a chance of delayed healing or issues with skin sensation along the incision line.
