68 year old female who presented to office with excess skin on bilateral arms after major weight loss following gastric bypass surgery and on weight loss injectables. Patient was interested in removing excess skin from arms to be able to wear shirts comfortably. Dr Samir Shah performed a brachioplasty and liposuction of bilateral arms to remove excess hanging skin from arms that resulted in more smoother and tighter appearance of arms.
