The patient was a 71 year-old male who noticed wrinkles of the forehead along with wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. He also complained of laxity of the skin to his face, nasolabial folds, tear trough, malar and neck. A face and neck lift was performed with a fat transfer to the face bringing back volume and youthfulness.
