This was 57 yrs old female presented to Dr. Shah of loose neck skin, increase in jowls of lower face and hooding of the upper eyelids with concern about tired and aged look. She underwent Facelift with Deep plane lift, rejuvenation with fat grafting and upper blepharoplasty.
