This was a 74 year-old female who had noticed an excess amount of skin and fullness of both upper and lower eyelids and wrinkles of the skin of the face. Correction was done by bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery and Blue Peel (TCA Chemical Peel) of the face. In addition, she underwent a face and neck lift in a staged approach. The neck contour was improved along with rejuvenating the midface.
