The patient was a 58-year-old female who previously had saline breast implant surgery in 2009, leaving her with rather large, ptotic breasts. Surgery was performed removing her implants and replacing them with smaller Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus Profile saline, 200cc on the left and 215cc on the right. A standard anchor Mastopexy was also performed to help lift the breasts into a more youthful position.
