23 year old female, presented to clinic with small breasts and desired to have fuller, proportional breasts. Patient underwent a bilateral Breast Augmentation by Dr Samir Shah using Mentor 275 cc silicone implants to achieve desired breast volume. It is important to note that this patient has a Pectus chest so its critical to stabilize the medial dissection of the pocket.
