47 year old 5’6” presented to office with history of 3 pregnancies and wanted to have fuller breasts but wanted to have natural size volume. Patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor 350 cc silicone implants to achieve a natural size breasts but the desired fuller volume. The implants are over the muscle, in a subfascial pocket.
