47 year old who presents for breast revision. Patient had saline implants that were too heavy for her body. In addition, the skin and pockets were significant stretched out. Dr. Samir Shah, removed the oversized saline implants and placed smaller silicone implants. In addition, the pockets were closed and mesh was placed to stabilize the lateral and lower pole. Finally, a mastopexy (breast lift) was done to remove the excess skin. She now has smaller perkier breasts that fit her body frame.
