Patient underwent previous breast augmentation and developed a “double bubble”. This is an issue where the original fold was present due to insufficient scoring. Dr. Shah revised the pocket and released the tight bands to allow the breast to expand and placed a larger implant to fill the pocket. Patient has stable results 6 months after surgery.
