The patient was a 32-year-old female who has a bilateral capsular contracture from a previous breast implant surgery. She wanted to have her implants removed and replaced with larger silicone implants. Mentor Smooth Round Ultra High Gel implants were used, 650cc on the right and 700cc on the left.
