46 year old female presented to office with desire to have a breast reduction, patient always had larger breasts and after her 3 pregnancies patient desired to undergo a breast reduction. Dr Samir Shah performed a bilateral breast reduction and used TIGR mesh for support along with liposuction to lateral chest wall to help achieve smaller and lifted breasts and improved lateral contour of chest wall.
