52 year old female presented to office with history of 2 breast surgeries, most recent was 15 years ago and recent mammogram and MRI which showed bilateral implant rupture. Patient was interested in removal and replacement of implants. Patient underwent a bilateral implant removal and replacement, using Allergan Inspira 605 cc silicone implants with durasorb support to inferior breasts, additionally fat transfer was used to provide patient with symmetrical and good cleavage to bilateral breasts.
