38 year old female presented to office with history of breast augmentation in 2013 and desire to have removal of saline implants and replace with larger silicone implants. Patient underwent a bilateral removal and replacement, saline implants were replaced with MENTOR silicone 535 cc breast implants to achieve the desired fuller breasts. Usually, patients who request an upsize of implants can generally increase the volume by 100-200cc’s without much issues.
