49 year old female who presented to office with 15 year old saline implants and had some weight loss and wanted to have lose skin removed. Patient was also bothered by her implants going to her armpit when she laid down. Patient underwent a bilateral removal and replacement of breast implants with Mastopexy. The orginal 660 cc saline implants were replaced with Mentor 635 cc implants along with TIGR mesh to support the lateral aspect of breasts to help achieve lifted and youthful breasts. In this case, it was important to use soft tissue support to stabilized the implant pocket. Also, upgrading to a cohesive silicone implants helps with rippling that is often seen in thin skin patients
