28 year female presented to office with history of Breast augmentation 1 year ago, patient wanted to have correction given her right breast was higher than her left breast. Dr. Samir Shah performed a removal and replacement of breast implants using 250 cc Mentor silicone implants and to help with symmetry fat transfer was used to left medial breast.
