44 year old female, with silicone breast implants of 7 years presented to office wanting breasts to be lifted and implants to be replaced. Dr Samir Shah performed a Breast Lift with removal and replacement using Mentor silicone 350 cc silicone breast implants. Even though the same size implants were used, patients feels and looks fuller and perkier due to the lift and internal tightening that was done.
