45 year old female, who presented to office with 20 year plus saline implants with a right implant rupture. Patient was interested in removal of saline implants and replacement with silicone implants, as well as desire to go slightly larger. Dr Samir Shah performed a Removal and Replacement using Mentor silicone 375 cc implants.
