36 year old female with previous saline implants presents with left implant rupture. Patient desired new silicone implants that were fuller and restored cleavage. In addition, the saline implants had stretched out the pocket over time, so Dr. Shah performed internal tightening with capsulorraphy inferior and lateral and then placed more cohesive 450cc silicone implants
