61 year old female had a breast augmentation over 15 years ago. She presented to office with concern of sagging breasts. Dr Samir Shah performed a breast lift and removal of implants with fat grafting to breasts to provide fullness to upper pole and cleavage. Patient had enough breast tissue where implants were not needed and fat grafting was used to achieve a more symmetrical and fuller look. A total of 370 cc of fat was injected into the left breast, and a total of 310 cc of fat was injected into the right breast.
