71 year old female had a breast augmentation over 40 years ago. Patient presented to office with deflation of implants. Patient had sagging breasts and she wanted to have breasts in good position and have symmetrical breasts. Dr Samir Shah performed removal of bilateral silicone implants with bilateral capsulectomy and breast lift with fat grafting to breasts. This procedure provided patient with symmetrical and lifted breasts.
