38 year old female had breast augmentation with silicone implants 1 year ago. Patient wanted to have smaller breasts and felt her breasts were sagging. After an in office Ultrasound it was confirmed that patient had a left capsular contracture. Dr Samir Shah performed a revision breast lift, removal of implants, and also fat grafting to bilateral breasts to provide a youthful look along with good volume to the cleavage and upper pole.
