This 38 year-old female had previously undergone bilateral breast augmentation. She desired to replace her saline breast implants with larger silicone breast implants. Over time saline implants caused stretch of the inferior pole of the breast. Dr. Shah removed the saline implants and repaired the pocket with internal sutures and replaced with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round High Profile 500cc Silicone implants. It is not uncommon for saline implants to stretch the tissues over time.
