40 year old female who had larger breasts that were causing symptoms such as neck pain and shoulder grooving from the bra. In addition, she had trouble wearing appropriate clothing. After consultation with Dr. Samir Shah, we underwent a breast reduction. The goal is to reduce breasts to a natural but full look to maintain good projection. An internal mesh was used to provide long term support. Her results are 6 months after surgery, and she has gained tremendous relief from the smaller more proportionate breasts.
