48 year old female who had 70 lbs weight loss presented to office with lose breast skin and desire to have this removed along with a breast lift. Patient underwent a Bilateral Mastopexy auto augmentation with fat transfer to breasts to obtain the desired lifted breasts with good top volume. Her results are shown at 2 months.
