28 year old female presented to office with asymmetrical breasts and desired to have more perkier and symmetrical breasts. Dr. Samir Shah performed a Bilateral Mastopexy with fat transfer to bilateral breasts to achieve symmetrical and perky breasts. Her main goal was to have even breasts without using implants.
