28 year old female presented to office with history of 70 lbs weight loss causing sagging breasts, patient was happy with breast volume, however she desired to have lifted breasts. Dr Samir Shah performed a breast lift with fat grafting to breasts and used MESH to provide volumized, supportive, and lifted breasts. The technique uses was auto-augmentation where a portion of the breast is used to fill in the upper pole to provide more fullness. This was used instead of an implant.
