The patient was a 55 year-old female, who after weight loss, had significant loss of volume and ptosis to her breasts. A bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc Mentor Xtra Smooth Round MPP Gel Silicone implants were used. A bilateral standard Mastopexy was also performed.
