This is a 25 year old 5’7” female with challenging chest well issue. There is asymmetry of the breasts and a degree of constriction and tight fold. Dr. Samir Shah used different size implants based on her chest width and had to lower and obliterate the existing fold. Mesh was used to support the lower fold and provide implant stability.
