This is a 36 year old 5’3 female who desired breast augmentation. She has a variation in her chest anatomy (pectus) and high fold. In order to achieve a stable result, Dr. Samir Shah used Galaflex mesh to support the lower and medial pole. 300cc silicone implants were used in this case.
