31 year old female presented to office with small breasts, she wanted to have fuller and proportional breasts. There was a slight asymmetry in the volume and shape of the breasts. Dr Samir Shah performed a Breast Augmentation using Mentor silicone breast implants, on the right breast 325 cc was placed and on the left 300 cc OVER the muscle was placed to achieve fuller and proportional breasts.
