34 year old female presented to office and wanted fuller breasts after her pregnancies. Patient underwent surgery with Dr Samir Shah and he performed a Breast Augmentation using Mentor silicone 350 cc implants and also a fat transfer to bilateral breasts for desired fuller breasts. The challenge in this case was to deal with the soft tissues. A composite augmentation was done utilizing implant and fat to restore shape and volume. Additionally, this case required mesh to support the implants, because of the lack of inframammary support.
