38 year old 5’4” female presented to office with history of 3 pregnancies and was physically fit and desired to have fuller breasts. Patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor 440 cc silicone breast implants to achieve the desired fuller breasts. Implants were placed in a modified dual plane under muscle pocket. Her results are shown at 3 months
