After losing 85 pounds, this 42-year-old patient was ready to address changes in breast volume, shape, and position. With a history of breast augmentation in 2006, she desired a refreshed, more youthful appearance that would better complement her new figure.
She underwent removal of her existing saline implants and replacement with 255 cc silicone implants, along with a bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) to restore breast position and improve overall shape. Liposuction of the lateral chest wall was performed to enhance contour and create a smoother transition along the sides of the breasts. Fat grafting was also used to improve symmetry and provide additional soft-tissue enhancement.
