31 year old female presents for breast rejuvenation after having several children. She is 5’7 and wanted a full but natural look so she can maintain an active lifestyle. She underwent augmentation mastopexy with smooth round 425cc implants with anchor mastopexy. Soft tissue support with mesh was used to stabilize the result.
